Purpose: Sponsorship provides an opportunity to create and build relationships among local PeopleSoft
and JDEdwards customers. We believe our sponsorship program provides an excellent opportunity to speak “face-to-face”
with potential Philadelphia-area PeopleSoft and JDEdwards customers.
Procedure: How do you become sponsor? The number of exhibiting sponsors accepted for each RUG
meeting is limited according to the meeting venue selected. Exhibiting sponsorship space availability is filled according
to the receipt date of sponsorship fee. Early submission of the sponsorship fee will increase your chance of securing
a reserved space at the RUG. In the event that all exhibit space has been allocated to another sponsor, your company
may wish to sponsor meeting space or a break/snack function. Please submit your sponsorship request to Nick Szmyd
at nszmyd@wengerfeeds.com. On your sponsorship request, please include your name, company name,
mailing address, phone number and e-mail address.
Sponsorship Fees:
The sponsorship fee is $500.00, plus a door prize (minimum value of $50.00).
The sponsorship fee includes meeting registration for up to two (2) sponsor representatives.
The RUG Board distributes Exhibit Sheets to each meeting attendee
upon arrival. The Exhibit Sheets require a signature from each exhibiting sponsor to be eligible for the door prize
drawings. The benefit of the door prize and Exhibit Sheets is two fold: firstly, it drives PeopleSoft and JDEdwards
customer traffic to each sponsor's exhibit and secondly, it encourages all attendees to stay for the door prize drawing held
at the end of the meeting. Sponsors are also welcome to have an additional "business card fishbowl" and associated gift
at their exhibit.
Sponsor/Customer
Presentation: The Philadelphia RUG Board welcomes collaborative
Sponsor/Customer presentations for our agenda. This co-presentation is a highly anticipated format change that will
align both the sponsor's and customer's perspective on the technology or its deployment. Sponsors who are selected for
presentations, but who do not wish to exhibit, will be invoiced a $300 sponsorship fee, plus a door prize (minimum value of
$50.00). This sponsorship fee includes meeting registration for up to two (2)
sponsor representatives.
Payment:
Nick Szmyd will provide you with an invoice and any other documentation you may require.
Payment is due upon receipt. Exhibit space is not reserved until payment has been received.
