Subscribing to a User Group on the Quest Website
Subscribing to a user group will put you on the group's announcement list for information on
upcoming meetings or calls. Please follow these easy steps to subscribe:
1.
Go to the Quest Web site
- www.questdirect.org.
2.
Make sure you are logged
into the site. (If you are logged in, you will see "Welcome" and your name in the top bar. If you do not have a Quest ID and
password, go to Become a Member to become a paid Quest member or click on Become a Subscriber to become a free subscriber—these links are also along the right side of the Quest home page.)
3.
Once logged in, click on
this link: Philly RUG Home Page on Quest Direct. This will take you to the user group's home page. Once there,
you can bookmark this page to go directly there in the future.
4.
On the user group home page,
there is a box to the right titled Announcements List. Directly under this is a button labeled Subscribe to Greater Philly RUG. Click on this button.
5.
You will be taken to your
subscriptions page and see all of the groups and topics that you have subscribed to. The new user group will now be on this
list.
You can manage how you would like to receive this group's messages by changing the selection
in the drop down box next to the user group. Explanations for the different options are at the bottom of the page.
